Cranes and their failures
I found several videos of cranes at work - or, rather, cranes unsuccessfully trying to work! They make interesting viewing.
That last one looks like a setup (like "wing comes off of aerobatic airplane"). The camera closeup on the dog before the lift is the big giveaway. The shouts just before the cargo fell don't make sense in the context of the scene: Do modern materials give that much warning before they fail? The shouts were either added during editing to add drama ("something's about to happen!"), or they were the signal to release the load. Also, I can't tell if that crane is tall enough to get that load to the top of the building. And I can't figure out how the guy running away makes sense.
