What goes around . . . gets flung off!
Take a playground roundabout . . . add a scooter . . . and you get this.

Stupidity all around. Maybe some criminal negligence. Those girls are very lucky.
Definitely stupid. They should've gotten 200 feet of rope, wrapped it around the carousel, and had the scooter take off with the other end, just as you would to spin a top!
The voices sound British, so I expect we'll be seeing a new edict soon from the Health & Safety board about the dangers of mopeds being used to spin playground carousels.

Couldn't help but see that coming, could we?
